  9. Hello, I have my consult tomorrow, I'm scared, nervous, and excited. Just wondering if my BMI is 41.7 if I lose weight before the surgery could it disqualify me from the surgery?   11. I also have my first consult Tuesday @ 1030. I'm nervous, but ready. I've already done the 6months of physician monitored dieting so I will do my psychological eval, psychological test, nutrition consult and exercise eval then I will see the surgeon @ 2pm to discuss everything. I know I qualify I'm just scared and I want to get the ball rolling already. I'm in Arizona things are really different than Cali but it will be interesting to see the difference in the process.
