  1. I had surgery on Wednesday the 30th of March and was back to work on Monday. I work in HR so I don't lift anything so I was fine. I also never had any pain so I didn't have to take pain pills. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. I've only lost 19lbs and I'm a month out from surgery. I lost those I the first 2 weeks. I haven't lost anything the last 2 weeks. I make sure I get my Protein in daily and I've been exercising. I drink constantly but it doesn't seem to be budging. Any suggestions on how to get it to pick up again? I'm feeling behind and hopeless. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Good job! I'm 4 weeks out. I lost 19lbs the first 2 weeks and I seem to have stalled. I've literally lost nothing the last 2 weeks since I started on soft foods. Any suggestions on how to get it started again? I feel like I'm behind and did this all for nothing. I started at 233 and I'm now at 214. I get all of my Protein in and workout in the evenings walking, riding my bike and lift small weights. Sent from my iPhone using the [url="https://siteowners.tapatalk.com/byo/
  4. I've only lost 20lbs since 3/18 that was preop and surgery was 3/30 people are noticing in my face but all I get is are you sick? they even went as far to whisper to my cousin and ask if I'm sick. I don't know why they can't just say you've lost weight congrats. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I had RNY on 3/30 at first I was getting all of my Protein and a really good amount of Water maybe 55ozs instead of the 64 but doing my best now that I'm almost 2 weeks I am struggling the protein gags me and the water being room temperature is bugging me. I still have a few days before I can try soft foods or having anything warm or cool. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
