  1. Hi I was just banded in february in North Carolina. I jump though all the hoop and etc. like everyone else trying to get approved. When the day of the surgery came I was praying I made the right choose. Now almost a week or so later the hunger feeling is almost gone. My wife and I went to a restaurant to have dinner and my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I ordered a bowl of potatoe soup instead of just a cup. Now mind you I am a 400 lbs man, excuse me was a 400 lbs man. I watered down my soup and couldn't finshed half of it before the full feeling hit me. I can't believe this device called a lapband works as well as it does. I'm now a official believer that this will help aid me on my long journey to becoming a half the man I was (weigh wise ).
  2. Just wanted to say hello to are my Va folks. I will be a bandster 2/26/08 down a Duke Univ hospital. Looking forward to trading adventures with my new friends.
  3. Just wanted you guys to know that this is the best bandster board I have read. I start my journey on 2/25/08. Scares shiftless:ohmy: but It has been a long time coming. I can't wait to see the pants size fall off me. Hope to meet a lot of new friends on this board. Please wish me a safe and happy trip. I will by glad to become part of your bandster family.
