Hi guys, For those who have had the mgb, how many ounces should we eat post op? I'm just planning everything for my op in August, I'm having a sleeve to mgb revision so want to make sure I get everything right this time around

Hi there, I had a sleeve back in 2016, and over lockdown etc manged to regain most of the weight, so I'm having a revision to a mini gastric bypass in August, I'll heading to Prague for mine. Good luck with your surgery

Hi, I'm three years post op, and have started having upper abdominal pain, it started on the right, and it's now mainly in the middle. It's a reallt bad pain, discomfort and fullness which can feel like it's being pressed. It has happened a few times before in the night and gone away, but this time it's been on and off for 5 days now. I've been to A&E (ER) and had blood tests, x-ray and they can't find anything. I've definitely become lax with the diet and measuring, could that be contributing this far along Sorry for the long post, really want to his rid of this feeling!
