  3. Hi everyone! First time posting I start my liquid diet in 3 days (for 1 week) and my surgery is scheduled for April 7th . I currently use MyFitnessPal to track food and Water, I was wondering if you used an app to track pain meds and water intake (especially for the first few weeks post-op). I want to make sure I don't miss pain pills, Vitamins l and that I'm drinking enough liquids. Thanks!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
