    My stomach stopped growling at about day 3, but I am sure noticing all the commercials for restaurants and I am smelling food from blocks away...I guess you always want what you can't have haha.     Hey guys! I'm having my surgery on May 3rd, here in London, UK. I started the pre-op diet on Tuesday, which for me means sugar free liquids only and up to 4 pints of milk a day. Stopped feeling super hungry now just bored
