  2. I am in the same boat, I am 2 years post op, lost 100 lbs, and have 90 left to go. I had amazing result for the first 6 months, and almost nothing since then. I had not gained, thank god, until the last 3 months. I am up 11 lbs now. One thing that helped me get back on track was seeing that number go up on the scale. I worked way to hard to get where I am to let the weight come back! I have returned to my shakes and high Protein foods. I just have to keep telling myself that I did it before, I can do it again. After a few days, your pouch goes back to the smaller size, and it makes it sooo much easier!! Suck it up for a few days, eat nothing but Protein Shakes, and get your pouch on your side again!!
