  1. Thank you all for the comments.. but let me clarify. I am very Grateful for the weight I have lost as well as this entire process!! I have lost 65 pounds in total from my highest weight and I know I could not have Done we that with out preparing for my surgery. I was b err ing honest when I said I was discouraged. If I would have know that sharing my feelings about my Journey I would h a very never posted anything. I know men and women from my surgery center that have lost close to 30 or more pounds during the first month...but no worries...sorry for posting the a nks for the input I guess.
  2. I had surgery 4/12 tomorrow is my 1 month. And I have only loss 18 pounds.. as crazy as it sounds I am really upset. I follow my program w my fluids proteins vitamins and exercise. I heard the bigger the bmi more weight loss. I was 341 @surgery. I'm so happy w this tool but just discouraged I'm doing something wrong
