  2. I am in the exact same boat. Weight just flew off of me after my surgery in Aug. '15. The scales just kept going down. Until about a month or so ago. I have been on the EXACT same weight for at least two months. I suppose I can be thankful that I am not going up, but am really frustrated and need to figure out how to get the scale moving again. I've starting exercising every day, but it's not helping. I guess it's time to break down and see the nutritionist. I hate tracking my food, and I know she's going to ask for my food list. That's the only reason I haven't gone sooner. I'm finding that while this surgery is a great tool... there is still a LOT of work you need to do in order to be successful.
