  1. Can you guys tell this is my favorite thread [emoji13] [emoji11]
  2. Yes to weight gain during and cravings. The really bad period I had last month I lost 10 lbs after it ended! And I had only gained 2 in water weight during! How weird is that?! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. The idea of an iud seriously freaks me out lol. And of all the women I know with them, more have had complications than not. I might actually be considering getting pregnant this year so the iud option would be out for me for now [emoji53] Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. I had vsg surgery a year ago April 20th. I am aware in the fluctuation of hormones due to surgery. What kinds of ways has this effected everyone's monthly? I'm experiencing a LOT more pain with cramping. So much so I almost went to the ER last month. I'm also noticing all pms symptoms seem to be a lot more severe. I'm a lot more tired, headaches, breast pain, etc. It's been a rough year lol. And it seems the more weight I lose the worse this all seems to get! Anyone else having similar issues? What has been your experience? Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Thank you soo much! So do you! [emoji9] [emoji4]
  6. No, that's not weird at all. I did the same thing. And still do the flip side of that today. When I get in the car I look down and notice how much space there is between my tummy and the steering wheel! I do it every time I drive! Haha! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. You will have ebbs and flows with the numbers showing on the scale. Remember a lot of times when the scale isn't budging you're losing inches. If you haven't already I highly suggest measuring yourself. It helped motivate me when I felt like I must be doing something wrong. Time really does fly by quickly. I don't remember what it feels like completely to be as big as I was anymore. I hope next year u can look back and see a big difference too! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  8. Sorry to post more, but I love it! [emoji13] [emoji11] [emoji1]
  9. PS congratulations on your surgery!!! Let me know if you have questions [emoji4] I'm happy to chat! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. I've added carbs back but I just keep my portions tiny and make sure I have my protein. I've also found that if I'm in a stall and go for a little more carbs and some sugar it pulls me out. It's a weird thing. I actually feel much more comfortable a year out about how I have to eat than I did at first. I feel like my head is more in tune with my body now. And my hair is finally starting to grow back! Lol. Down 170 and loving life Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. My doctor was smart and didn't make me quit. He knows I wouldn't have and most others with either. I had 0 complications. Doesn't mean they can't happen, but you could have complications and not be a smoker. Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App
  18. Lol thank you! Torrid, Lane Bryant, and Nordstrom are my go-to.
