  1. Thanks for discussing this as I am currently in a 2+ week stall. Started around week 3 and I am now near week 6.... Ugggg. I have increased my exercise and am getting my protein in. I am feeling like maybe I messed something up and now I am not losing. Your encouragement is helpful and I will continue my journey and just weight myself once a week. Thanks
  2. Alindsey, I totally understand. I'm 5'5 and 250, BMI of 41, which barely qualifies me, I'm seeing the surgeon on Thursday. Also, I'm a band to sleeve revision.... Totally regret not having the sleeve, I realize I am not in control and if I don't get help with the sleeve, then I'm not sure what I'll do. Hopefully I won't need to make other plans and I can focus on getting healthy with the sleeve Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  3. Had my band in 2012, lost 50 lbs initially, but progressively gained it back am now at my pre-band weight. I'm so disappointed that I didn't do the sleeve then, but I was arrogant and thought I could control it, that I just needed a tool... Well, I was wrong and have spent the last year trying to lose weight, but without success. I have my first appointment on Thursday to see a doctor and hear if he can get me approved for the conversion to sleeve. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  4. Extra strength Gas-X... But truthfully it should get better after several days, if not call your doc Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
