  4. I would have broth, Jello, crystal lite packets (or generic versions, as long as they are sugar free), and any other Clear liquids. Have a variety because they can get old pretty quick. I wasn't allowed to have Protein shakes until 2wks post op but if you can have them sooner that's better. I took things to read to the hospital but with the meds, my eyes couldn't focus for too long. I spent time on Pinterest! I went back to work 3 was post op and didn't really have any issues. I was exhausted but that's to be expected. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
