  21. @ashroyb I'm the same. I'm waiting on my approval however my doctor informed they would have to remove the gallbladder because of stones that would cause bigger problems down the road. Worried about the pain and recovery time! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. Has anyone had it removed at the same time the sleeve was being done? Cuz that's what my doctor wants to do Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. Feeling really depressed was scheduled to do the surgery on the 19th of March however my blood work and ultrasound didn't have good results. It turns out my TSH level is 0.01 which means I have hyperthyroidism but I'm the 5% that gains weight instead of losing. Also my gallbladder has stones in them so the doctor wants me to stay on medication for 3 weeks and then retest my tsh level. The doctor then said he'd remove the gallbladder the same time. Has anyone done the sleeve and gallbladder removal at once? Any feedback/things to know? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. I work in HR I still haven't done the surgery but I can only take 2 weeks off. My job is very demanding sometimes I'm all over the place with constant meetings and I'm worried I won't be able to cope Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
