Havent made a post in a while well i had surgery Aug. 3,2016 my highest weight was 307 today is October 8,2016 i weighed in at 259 not to bad i dont think.....sometimes when i look in the mirror i see a difference and then there are times im like i dont see any improvements has this happened to anyone else now before Sent from my LGMS330 using the BariatricPal App

Well on Friday I had my barium swallow test done it was good and i was able to move to the puree stage....oh yeah I lost 11pounds was very excited!! Sent from my LGMS330 using the BariatricPal App

Just curious did anyone or everyone have this done and how was it??

it only took mines a week after it was submitted....the insurance lady called and said I see you are scheduled for surgery...I almost passed out...lol Mine was submitted on June 23 and approved on June 24, the very next day. But, I didn't find out until today when I called the insurance myself because they hadn't sent the notification to the surgeon yet. But, I think 7-10 days is average from the other posts I have read.

I go July 20 for pre op and surgery is August 3

I am so excited and nervous all at the same time...I have a few questions should I go ahead and buy my protein shakes, what should I bring to the hospital how long is the hospital stay...... everyday I'm just thinking about my upcoming surgery!!!

I wanted to know how was the process with this insurance it is Medicaid....hoping when it is time for them to submit my paperwork I will get Approved
