  1. Well you have to see a nutritionist then you have to see a psychologist and get his approval and that was pretty much it for me. My insurance didn't require me to do a 6 month diet prior to surgery or anything like that. I think it just all depends on your insurance. It's mostly a waiting period. Waiting for those appointments. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. So I'm just really anxious because my doctors office said they'd submit my file on the 29th I believe and she said I should have an answer for you by next week. Well....... I just spoke to someone else from their other office and they are telling me it was submitted on the 9th. So I'm just wondering when I'll get this call. I'm just so over the waiting part. I feel so much more uncomfortable as each day goes by. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Hi ???? I'm at the last stage I'm now just waiting on my surgery date I attended the the pre op class last month. Depending on what insurance you have it could go by fast. Unfortunately for me it's been about a 6 month journey I guess compared to other stories I've hear it's not that bad but in the process you become so impatient. I guess now my biggest fear is the anesthesia. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I hope the process goes by fast for you though! I'm sure everything will be okay.
