  1. i was on solid food within 1 month of surgery, think of a bird eating, take a bite chew very very well...then walk away, give 10 min then have second bite, that's it. You'll be hungry in a while, your body will let you know if your overdoing it...prob puke give it time...
  2. hi...lost 120lbs...been there for approx. 1-2 months also have been doing entertainment for friends, been drinking rye and cokes a fair bit during summer..would like to know effects of alchol on weight loss
  3. hi...new to this, 9 days post op, roux-n-y,...everthing is going good, able to tolerate soft foods at this time(some), no real pain...but my outer thighs are numb/tingling, feels like fire then ice going through my veins, nurse said was possible nerve pinch while on op table...any help?
