I just had my last weigh in for my insurance #6! Good luck! My advice is follow the diet they give you and move as much as you can. Every little but helps. Every pound lost is a pound in the right direction! I have had my appt. with the nutritionist now I have my physiological appt, an appt with my regular Dr to sign off and then 1 last pre surgery consult with surgeon.
