    I was terrified too! I went in and the nurse and doctor spoke with me briefly. They have you lie on your side and then start threading the camera tube down - and I gagged, badly! I heard the doctor tell the nurse "Give her more of..." something and then I don't remember a thing.

    Saw the surgeon today to get the results of my upper GI. He said while I have reflux, there was nothing to keep him from doing the surgery, and said "It will be in 3 months"! So although I don't have a specific date yet, looks like I'm joining this club
