    Everybody awesome job. I got pics too but with my big belly stick out. I will take some more tonight. I am only a month out from surgery next Wednesday.

    348 two weeks before surgery 324 day of surgery 304 seen Surgeon after surgery which was a week and half. Today step on scale and down to 286. Wow I did not realize how successful this would be. I am so impressed. Things are only getting better. One more note been smoke free for over a month and half now Cold Turkey.

    My GP had lost his weight on MedFast. When I told him I was doing Sleeve he encouraged me to do it and said he will be with me the entire step. Now my Sleeve Dr is awesome. Strict and very caring.

    I will be Feb 24th. I am nervous but excited too. I am nervous because I am having hard time grasping getting part of my stomach removed. I am fine with the diet and all. It is a life changing thing and I am looking forward to it.
