So the dry mouth spray I only get one cup ice and two sips of Water if my tummy can hand my brother friend told him to take and he said don't leave with out it mouth is so dry and the spray keeps it moist with out having to swallow.. Sent from my AQT80 using BariatricPal

I see my Dr tomorrow to go over everything and admission is done Monday at 130 pm I go under. I hope I wake up with no complications. Prays to you all I will keep you post I'm 5 foot 265 after three weeks of liquid diet. Lost 25 lbs. Will see how this goes I want to be 150 when I'm one yr out hoping. I work out three day a week for and hour they have me in fitness for a month it was hard at first..but I'm going it. I hate when people tell mr this is the easy way out..cause this sure hasn't been easy. And I've lost weight to only but more on. I see this as a tool not and easy way out..good lucky and please keep me posted and let me enjoy this new group thing on sharing. I've never done this so I'm excited to have others doing the same thing with in same time frame. Good luck all.. One thing I can tell you from my brother sergury. Yes I had to stop all three of mine the same happens to me two weeks ago when I started mine. I stopped metform 1000 twice a day glibride 5 mg once and tranjenta. 5 mg. All I take is at830 am metform 500 that's it and my sugars about 80 all day. Sent from my XT1031 using BariatricPal

Mine is this Monday I'm scared to death. But so ready for this change. Drink Fluid for 9 days. I'm ready for food I made all my food peered for two months. Use ice cube tray to get the one once. I'm glad I can have chicken four oz and half cub of veggy that helps alittle. But Sunday will be the killer just Water all day. I hope sugar don't drop. It's been the lowest its been in five yrs one this liver reduction diet. I've lost 12 lbs this week just by Protein and water drinks I'm shock my sugar is normal 200 I already had to stop meds for sugar and my sergury is Monday. I'm proud of me..please keep posting thing I love to read your successes it keeps me positive.. Hopeful I'm proud.. I'm shock 32 lbs I hope that's me in a month..
