I am pleased to say that I have reached my goal, yaaayyy. My goal weight was 150 lbs but I weighed myself this morning and I am 149.8 lbs. This has been a hard journey mentally but for me( many of you know I have gone thru a divorce as well ). My starting weight was 242lbs, day of surgery 12/5/16 I was 219 lbs, and 8 months later I am 149.8 lbs. 7 lbs away from almost losing 100 lbs. I feel so good right now about myself. Not just because of how I look but how I feel inside. I'm starting to love me flaws and all. I am working on the mental side of things with prayer and supplication. God is a healer and I'm trusting him to keep me. I thank all of you on this site for your support , it has been epic on this journey. I so truly appreciate you. The encouragement I received from total strangers has far outweighed what I received from family and friends. Thank you again. Hope u like the pics.

His team was awesome !!!!! If you go back anytime soon, show him my pics please. I was an ouynof town patient so I wasn't able to do in person follow ips. But I still stayed with the plan and it has worked!

Lol, my earrings weren't that heavy...n thank you. I feel I do need counseling and I plan on getting it sooner than later.

Also just FYI ELYSIADEE, I started out at 242 lbs .,. So you can do this girl and you will rock it as well. Stay encouraged.

Not shabby at all ... you are kicking butt. When I was in the 190's , my weight would not budge for like 3-4 weeks but my waist was getting smaller and so were my thighs and abdomen . Then, boo all of a sudden 184... then stayed there a couple weeks then I flew through 170's and onto 160's and I stalled for a month , then I went into 150's so the stalls are part of it but through all of my stall , I continued to lose inches . I am a 4 or 6 in women's clothing depends on the cut. I never imagined being this small .. in high school I was a size 8 so I'm really little but I am healthy andso much more happier now. I truly thank God.

I'm sorry you are going thru this turmoil. I know the stress alone is a killer but stay focused, eat and don't skip meals, exercise and take your vitamins. You will do awesome. N who needs him anyway.... telling you if you choose life he's gone, well guess what , boy bye✌?.

Hi Seeetie and thank you!!!! God has seen me thru this trivial journey and has never let me down. I trust and lean on him for everything. I owe him everything. I am loving my new life and so happy that I was finally brave enough to leave and mean it.

Girl I am 39 ... n it's so funny u say that cuz all of these lil young guys have started approaching me n I'm like ah no, my oldest son is 21 n there is no way I can deal with a 25 year old, lol. But it's very flattering.
