  1. I'm taking the B12 via nasal spray once a week.
  2. Thank you everyone!!
  3. Icing it seems to help me so far.
  4. Hello I was sleeved 2 weeks ago and have been having mild panic attacks. I also find myself having my arms and legs restless at night and very panic like restlessness when trying to sleep. Has anyone else had this issue and does it go away? Thanks Ed
  5. Hello all!! I'm at day 12 after surgery and I still have incision pain. The pain is coming from my main incision and very uncomfortable. The doctor said its normal. I was wondering how long it last, any comments? Suggestions? Thanks Ed
  6. My doctor said it was ok what I ate as long as I tolerated it. Now for the next month I'm on a soft diet. Anything that can be cut with a fork. No raw fruits, vegetables and nuts. At the 6 week mark I will be allowed anything.
  7. They said week two is puréed foods, creamed soups, pudding etc. I have been chewing to excess though with the foods I've been eating. I'm pretty much swallowing mush.
  8. Hello everyone, So I'm at day 9 after surgery and I've been feeling pretty good. I have some pain on my large incision but I've been icing it and it seems to help. I don't know if I'm pushing it but I've been able to eat solid foods. I ate chicken, tuna, crab and scrambled egg at the 7,8 and 9th day. I tolerate it well and had no issues. I obviously only eat until full which is about 5 spoonfuls. Should I continue or could I damage anything eating solids that soon? Thanks Ed
  9. Thank you for the feedback!!
  10. Hi everyone, I'm 9 days out since my sleeve surgery. I feel pretty good other than my main incision is very sore. I've been icing it which helps but wondering if that's normal. I'm also eating pretty good. I'm puréeing my food but tried tuna and imitation crab which I chewed very well. It stayed down and was fine. Anyone in the second week eat semi solids? Thanks Ed
