  1. I miss my sweets too ...and feel the frustration on not having the restriction that I thought I would I go for my second fill on the 4th of april and hope that will make a difference the only real notice I have had is with bread which I love ...hope the second fill helps if only the want would go away...haha if it did I wouldnt have been banded right ...Good Luck to all ........
  2. bread is what I miss the most ...i had similar incident and I no longer try more than two bites...it mostly satisfys the craving but with out the intense chest pain. lol
  3. I agree with you ....a small change is better than no change and if half a small bag satisfys its sooo much better than what you did before. I struggle with that. I was banded on the 14th of January and my biggest problem would be that I could not be hungry for most of the day and then once I started to eat not stop. Sweets would be my biggest downfall...but so far I have lost 32 pounds and go for my second fill on the 4th ..minimal restriction I feel kinda of discouraged since I have those days where I know I shouldn't have made that food choice but the alternative of what I would of chosen before helps me make it through the day. And tomorrow is always a chance to do it better.
