Guess I am lucky..just started process mid Dec. Now 23 days til vsg day. My surgeons office is a center of distinction for bcbs nc so no auth process required... True blessing!

march 1st for me...

the liquid preop is to shrink the liver to make it easier and safer to do the surgery... it also kinda gives you a trial run on liquids so after surgery it is not such a shock to your system to be on them. i hope this head start does all those things for me.. dropped 12 pounds since dec just by cutting down some... premier Protein shakes everyday for breakfast helps.. i usually skipped that meal... good luck to all..
