  3. Nurse here. Same deal I lift all the time. My surgeon said 4-6 weeks too. I'm taking the full 6 to be on the safe side. By six weeks postop I want to be able to exercise anyway. I don't think you need to worry as long as you wait like they tell you.

  5. I'm planning on April but don't have a date yet. Doing preop nutrition classes now. Have minimal support and I'm not going public so would love to be part of this group!
