I did really good on day 1and 2 but i have to admit I cheated.... I am so disappointed in my self I want to cry. I will try really hard tomorrow. I have to NOT cook for husband until I'm done with this liquid diet. Plus, I'm not used to having headaches. I ate a piece of a plain baked chicken breast and the headache instantly went away.

So... I was scheduled for 7/21 but my surgeon moved me to 7/11. This is good and bad. The good: I work better under pressure (the liquid diet) the bad: the pressure of the liquid diet. Other than that I am ready! Day 1 of liquid diet, no problem, this is Day 2 of this liquid, have a little headache. I hope this will go away. Anyone else experience HA during this period?

I was scheduled for July 21, 2016 but my surgeon called yesterday, said he had cancellation ask if I want July 11. Of course I was happy to say YES! So, I only have a weeks!!

My prayers are with you. You will be fine. You must be a strong willed person just to make the decision to have sleeve surgery. Now you are so close, Stay strong.

July 21, nervous, anxious but very excited! !

I'm very frustrated, I have BCBS HMO. I have followed the criteria to the T Know they're saying they are missing documentation. I recieved the letter to and now the nurse case Manger will not answer my calls. I called BCBS and told them I want to appeal but I was told it was not "actually " denied. My next step is the insurance commissioners.

Thank you for that, I went to my first support meeting tonight. It was encouraging to actually see people and sit and listen. Most of my questions were answered and I know I can do this. With this forum and the actual support group, I know I can do this. The good totally out weight the bad.

I am struggling with trying to lose weight before my surgery. It's like since I mad the decision to have the surgery I'm hungry all the time! I need help to make better meal choices
