    I had a total meltdown before I started this whole thing. I'm now four months post op and love my sleeve. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It's scary and there are some downfalls but it's so worth it.

    I would say if there's any way to avoid it avoid it. At a month out I was on soft foods. Chips of any sort make me nervous even if the are soft.
