hi i'm due to get the band on feb 13- 9 days my doc made me lose x-amount of weight before he would do the opr. my question: weights off, how the ---- do i keep it off i've been trying so hard not to but nothing in my mouth. any ideas would love some support. ps i'm so excited and cant wait to get it done. was a lil scared at first but read everything on this site took away all my fairs.
