  1. I was banded Aug 07 and lost 40 lbs. Was very happy with my band. I have had 5 fills and have good restriction now, but those original pounds are all I have lost. I have been eating all wrong and not exercizing..it is like why did I go through all this to abuse it and not do the one thing I need most and that is to lose this weight! I am sooo ready to begin. My dr does not offer aftercare or support and I think that is so wrong. My question is this: what can I do to begin this journey again and make it work? What should I do to jumpstart my body to know it is going to be fed differently? Should I start with a protein shake and have my proper meals the rest of the day or should I try to do just shakes for a couple of days?I am very excited to get someone to share this with me. I am 57, live in Houston and want this to become the journey I dreamed it would be. I am ready to put in the work!! Thanks in advance for your help!!
