  1. I had my surgery almost 3 years ago. I do not feel the restriction that i had during the first couple of years. What is going on? HELP!
  2. How do you know when you have the right amount in your band? Do you need to reach the stage of an ONLY LIQUID DIET? Why is it that only icecream and mashed potatoes go through? Lettuce, meat, etc. does not go through and it hurts really bad.
  3. Can you elaborate more on the critical rules?
  4. What do you eat? It does not hurt or cause you to vomit?
  5. You are awesome. Thank you!
  6. Not at all! I am serious however, once I put the foods that I have been eating in writing and in front of my face...what an idiot. The only thing is that these were the foods that did not hurt going down. Chicken, Beef, salads, etc. hurt so bad. Any advice???
  7. Thank you for the reality check. I think I have been playing the poor pitifuls in that I can't eat or "pass" good quality food. The icecream goes down so easily...no pain...but not part of a good diet.
  8. I have not lost any weight in the past two months. What is going on??? The only things that I can eat are Starbucks coffee, mashed potatoes, cheesecake, and icecream.
