  1. I was the same way. Cried a lot because I was so hungry. But i stuck to it and my surgeon told me after my sleeve (Jan 13) that he could really tell that I didn't cheat and that it made everything so much easier for him. So that made it worth it.
  2. Hi. I just joined today. I was sleeves on January 13th. I've been home about a week. Still on liquids only. Getting really tired of that, hoping tomorrow they will let me advance my diet. I'm still having pain in the largest of my incisions (the one the stomach came out of). Haven't really had any other issues with keeping things down other then the very first day after the surgery. There's a lot of information out there about what comes next and much of it seems to contradict itself. I've read eating small amounts of carbs prevents hair loss, some books tell you to go with "real" food and other encourage processed diet type food (fat free sugar free) Any suggestions on how to navigate this sea of information? Thanks. Jenny
