  1. Is anyone else scared about falling back into old habits? I've noticed that I am not eating the greatest lately and although I am still losing weight and not eating no where near what I used to...I am pretty scared I will fall in that again. Has anyone else felt this? Is it a faze? Maybe I just need a quick refresher of why I did this surgery in the first place. Any advice helps!!

  3. Trust me...first month is rough with the pain, fatigue, sleepiness and only drinking liquids. With that, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Everyday really TRULY is better than the last.
