Avenever... It was through Unity Pointe Weight Loss.. They are amazing! I went to Campbells Nutrition yesterday and they recommended a drink ..26 grsms of protein. It was really good but got it home and found out it had 26 Grams of sugar and real cream.. Don't think I was supposed to have that How long has it been since you had surgery... How much have you lost? How are you geeling?

I had my surgery December16.... In Des Moines, IA...How are all you December people doing?... It is a little slow for me... Only 14 lbs down at a month out... Feeling great though.. No pain... No nausea...no vomiting... Yay! Having trouble finding protein that I can drink any suggestions... They all leave bad taste... And give me horrible breath... Help!
