  1. Jami, no I have quit smoking and don't plan on it again. I think you misunderstood my question. Lol
  2. I have been honest about my smoking, quit on Dec 1. To be cleared by insurance it says 6 months/puting my surgery in June which is OK, plenty of time to complete everything. My question is, how do they know you quit? Do they take your word for it or do you need to take a test. And how long for you to quit for it to show negative? Ty
  3. I am curious as to the first day when I am weighed in, (first visit) is that the weight that will be submitted to my insurance company. What happens if you lose weight during the 3 months and your BMI drops to under 40. I am right at 40 with high cholesterol 265, my sugar is 129. Doing my sleep study soon as well. Does this sound like I will qualify. I have BCBS FEP Basic. More concerned about the weigh in day and losing weight afterwards.
