  4. Hello everyone. I am just in the very very beginning of my journey! I attended the seminar tonight and I was happy to learn more about the surgery. My next step is to meet with the surgeon for a consultation. I will be starting my new lifestyle and I would love some tips on working out and dieting. I am not good at dieting. I never know what or how much to eat. I know I will learn more as I go but I would love to hear what some of you did when you first started all the way up to where you are now.
