Thank you for this thread and your follow up. I was worried about this as well since my baby will only be 2.5 months old when I have my surgery. Did you take pain medication after surgery? How was your recovery if you don't mind me asking.

I've posted once about my plan to have the surgery in mid February. My husband and I do not have family to care for our children so unless I go alone to have the surgery, they have to come with. They're 2 months and 25 months old. Has anyone taken their children with them? Experiences?

Hello, I just received approval for sleeve surgery and plan to travel to Mexico Feb 18th for surgery. I'm wondering if anyone would like to share their success stories/pictures. Anyone with similar weight/height? How long did it take you to reach your goal weight? I'm 5'5 and 230 pounds.
