  1. I was sleeved Nov 17th, only a short time before you. Wow I wish I was loosing weight as fast as you are! You are doing a great job! As for Protein, one of my favorite things to eat is dannon oikos triple zero yogurt. One serving will have 15 grams of protein and it comes in so many yummy flavors. I have also found that it is sold at most of the local grocery stores too. -Amy
  2. Thank you for your kind words and advise. I will do just that. I has taken me forever to finally post because I am really shy and have no self esteem. However, I am working on that too. -Amy

  4. Hello everyone I got my sleeve done on November 17, 2015. The only complication I had was a bad migraine that didn't allow me to eat like they wanted me to, so I stayed an extra day for more fluids. I have been reading this board for months now, and I must say, you all are such an inspiration!!! Reading here helped me get through my six month insurance required diet, the liquid pre-op diet, and then the surgery itself. You all are wonderful people! Thank you for not being afraid to post how you feel about everything. My journey has been really great so far. When I hit my heaviest, I was around 275. I am only 5.2 so I was always so embarrassed. I remember one time going swimming in front of my dad when I was a teen and having him say "wow you are fat!". Well I am finally going to turn that around. I am loving this sleeve! I was down to 230 this morning, and will to continue. -Amy
