  9. There's zero calorie Powerade that comes with several favors. All are good!
  10. Everyone I know who has/had the lap band did not succeed. Don't let those negative nellie's rain on your spirit. I know an equal number of people who got the sleeve & they look FABULOUS! They say it's the best decision they ever made!! Logically the sleeve just makes sense. You have get fills w/the band , if not, your stomach is back to normal. I know 2 people w/complications from the band & had it removed. You made the right decision. Eat your Protein (60-80 grams), drink your fluids and take your Vitamins. Work out, get moving and you should see some changes. Good luck!!
  11. I'm 5'7" weighed 256 post op, lost 10 my first week & 4 lbs week 2. I'm in wk 3, doc said 6-12 week 1 is normal then 1-3 for the coming weeks. Good luck!!

  19. Great advice, thank you! I'm doing the liquid now, one week before surgery. I want to be prepared. My other sleeve friends said they wished they had started liquid earlier, the broth was a shock to them.
