I am so excited, do you have to do the two week pre op diet?

I actually just bought the twisted cherry, I'll try it tonight and let ya know. It sounded good to me too.

I am scheduled for Feb 1st too...I am on the pre op and so anxious to get the surgery done ????????

What would you recommend to minimize hair loss? I am so concerned about it

Wow alot of us are scheduled for Feb 1st. I started my two week pre op diet on Monday. So far so good. I second the suggestion for the syntax nectar chocolate truffle... Its really the best tasting out of the 6 or so I have sampled

I would love to, I cant really give ya any advice or what to expect. I can go on the journey with you though.

Hi All, I am a southern born and raised Louisiana girl and a tomboy...lol. I am a pipeline operater for a wonderful company. I have been happily married to my Jarhead turned cop for 9 yrs. We have no children but we do have 4 parrots that we love as our children. My hobby is my chickens, just love taking care of them, hey, fresh protien rich eggs given to me daily . I have been battling weight my entire life and while i loose fat it comes back and brings some friends with it. I am scheduled for my surgery on Feb 1st. My gift to myself when I reach 150lbs is to go skydiving again. I am so ready to live a normal life again. I already ordered a belt with a big buckle (those hurt when ya have a fat roll rolling over the top of them). I have it laying out on my dresser waiting for the day when I can wear it. Cant wait to share sucess with all of you.

Hi all, I just found this forum today. I have a surgery date of Feb 1st, so anxious to get it done. I am excited to see all the people on here, what a great way to get support and meet other people that going thru or have gone thru the adventure that I am starting. Cant wait to get to know you guys!!
