  1. My biggest problem was gas not the food.
  2. Any suggestion for a strong gas relief medication? Do you take it before or after the meals?
  3. I have some questions for pilots that did the GS surgery regarding the FAA reporting process.
  4. Mine was on 12/29! And I've been feeling the same way! I can hardly get any fluids done without horrible stomach spasms & pain!!!!! I feel hungry & keep asking myself why I did this?!?!?! Im even dreaming of food!!! I believe most of us go through this. We feel some regrets but it is worth it. This surgery is a life changer. I am 2 weeks post op and still get similar symptoms. I feel much better about my decision when I am exercising without getting exhausted after the first minute and a half. You will feel more in control of your body and your life as soon as you see the extra bounds going away.

  7. Who is losing? How much since 12/21?
  8. That may be normal. Liquid in .. Liquid out. I had similar issue.
  9. I done mine in 12/21. I still have pain when I swallow anything. I am still eating faster than I should be , I think. I drank my way through week 1 and had Greek yogurt. I can't tolerate the taste of any sweet liquids.
