    Medi-Weight Loss Supplements

    Though I agree regarding supplements, I do use high protein snacks/foods from Diet Direct and Bariatric Pal. Specifically, I use the oatmeal (90 calories), Bari Wise chips and Peanut butter chocolate bars. Just make sure you keep conscious of the carbs and sugar while tracking everything you eat.

    EXERCISE CHALLENGE ROUND 2!

    I have been wanting to start exercising regularly, but have limitations due to hip surgery with permanent nerve injury. That said, I started aggressive physical therapy 5 weeks ago. So pardon me, but I'm gonna start slow--- but love this challenge to keep me motivated and accountable. So my initial goal is 10 minutes 3x/week, adding 5 minutes each week till I get to 30 minutes, and then increase to 4 and 5 times/week. My starting weight is 199.6 (this morning! ). My goal is 187.
