  1. Yes, I plan and track on my fitness pal. Tomorrow is two weeks since surgery. Just feel like my body is fighting it, but doing everything right. I'm going to be patient. I'm inly getting in about 600 calories, but reaching my protein and water intake daily. I have the faith.

  3. You look fantastic, co grays and keep up the great work. I'm only 12 days post op and have only lost 10 pounds, scale hasn't really moved in a week. Hope it gets started soon
  4. I congrats to both of you. I had my surgery March 16. All went well. I lost 17 on the liver reduction diet but have only lost 10 since surgery and the scale hasn't moved in over a week. I think my body is fighting within itself. Still only at about 400-600 calories a day, but getting in more each day. Have with if you experienced this?
