  1. Peppermint us all I drank when I got home. Works wonders on your tummy and gas. Congrats on your sleeve. I'm 4 months out and 71 lbs down. Never felt better. I had some complications with and incision opening up. Took 3 months to close. So I wasn't allowed to work out. Despite these speed bumps we endure it all ends up being a distance memory. Walk as much as you can. It helps the gas move out. Good luck!
  2. I'm just Over 4 months out. I was so nervous about hair loss. Had no idea about it until I read in a blog somewhere that it happens. I've never been a Protein eater. I preferred salty carbs. That being said at 4 months out my hair is actually thicker. I wasn't losing as much hair as I was before surgery. I did notice a bit more coming out now, but with the protein and Biotin my hair is still good. We are supposed to lose about 70-100 strands of hair a day. So for those who use weaves. When you remove them those are the hairs you were going to lose anyway.
