  1. I had my sleeve done on 12-1 and am on puréed too. Found same thing with chicken and gravy, even an ounce, feeling like lead. Grilled salmon, which the rest of my family ate too, was great. Made an avocado mash w light mayo to help it slide down. Also highly recommend the cookbook - Eating well after weight loss surgery by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo. My nutritionist had me get it months ago and start trying some recipes. Has week 1-3 and then beyond, sleeve bypass Etc specific measurements. Amazon prime it today
