Bariatric Vitamins
Thats the reason my surgeon told me to start the iron at week #3 because it tends to be kind of heavy for the new stomach and you may vomit. As far as I know the bariatric advantage the iron is separate, there is another company that everything comes in one chewable tablet if I'm not mistaken it's called bariatric fusion.

Looking for post op and Pre op friends
In January when I started the process I was 275lbs with the of my PCP and surgeon I lost around 10-12lbs pounds before starting the pre-op diet. After pre-op diet I lost 20-21lbs and went into surgery around 246. As of today I am 222lbs that's a total of 53 pounds.

Advice, Please - Surgeon vs. NUT
I would go with your NUT. I'm 6 weeks post-op and last time I saw my NUT she told me my protein intake for now it's ok between 50-60 but it'll increase as I progress.
