  1. Thanks for the responses. I have stated soft food and some solid food. I'm not a milk drinker and not having any protein shakes. I just wonder if it is the ketosis and my body is just ridding itself of fat stores. I'll give it another couple of weeks and see if it settles down if not I'll go to my dr
  2. Hi I am 3 weeks out of surgery and coping quite well with diet drinking and eating but since the day after surgery I have diarrhoea 2-3times a day. It is also very explosive where I have to go immediately I get the urge. Is this normal?
