I used to feel warm but after vsg im feeling cold alot. I noticed it can rarely get too hot for me, the only way i know my room is really hot is that when i feel like i can not breath well.

I think it is possible that while in Mexico my husband got sick the same day as my surgery and I was running on adrenaline. I honestly haven't craved anything. I am not hungry at all. Apple juice is the only thing I want. Crazy. I am having a hard time getting my calories because of this. I am trying with broth and Protein drinks and I like them but don't love them. i hear you. i dont like the oily stuff anymore aswell. i drank my first protein shake today. its nice. advertisement on tv is a bit provocative too. so are u plannig to eat those stuff on tv when u can ?
