  1. YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE!!! I have either a sugar free popsicle or a Skinny Cow no sugar added ice cream sandwich most every night - and still losing!
  2. i had a stall very similar to yours - i started at 255lbs surgery was Oct 15) - and dropped to 201 pretty fast - had a short stall then dropped to 195 - stayed there for a while and now at 190 - and those 5 lbs came off in about 1 1/2 weeks. Like others have said go back to the basics. Are you exercising??? Getting all your Water?? Getting all your Protein??
  3. I just came to the site to ask specifically about Vitamins as well. I am 4 months post up and down 65lbs! I have been taking a multi-Vitamin, VitaminD3, Calcium, Biotin, B-complex, B12 - and have just realized i am not adding anymore Iron to my vitamin intake (not sure how i missed that one) but my Multivitamin has 18 mg of iron so i am reaching the minimum requirements from my Dr - I have started feeling sluggish about halfway through my day and believe that may be the culprit. Has anyone else had this problem???
  4. Woo Hoo! I am so excited - made my onderland goal at 3 months! Surgery was October 15 and I am at 195 now! Feel better that I have felt in a long time!
  5. One of the best decisions I have made. I will admit, I was jittery and ready to change my mind the week before surgery. Knowing that I could never (should never) eat those "comfort foods" again. I am 2 months out today and feel great! I am down 46 pounds and only 9 pounds from "ONEDERLAND" I can't wait to see those numbers on the scale again! It;s been a long time. I have not had any complications and had no pain when i left the hospital. I am sure my regrets would be different if complications and pain plagued me. Good luck to you and everyone else that has responded with jitters
  6. I have noticed that since my gastric bypass surgery, that my menstrual cycles have been much heavier and last about a day or 2 longer than they did before. Has anyone else noticed this kind of change?
