  2. Apologies, when I said antacid I meant PPI, I'm taking somac (pantoprazole) twice a day, and so far without relief.
  3. Hi all, I'm 6 weeks post op, and for the last 2-3 weeks I've had upper abdominal pain. It's very visceral, and constant. Nothing seems to make it better or worse. I can only describe it as an empty, angry feeling, therefore I thought it was hunger pains, but it doesn't go away with eating or drinking. I saw my surgeon yesterday for my first post op check and he told me it was definitely heart burn and to take antacids everyday. Although it feels nothing like heart burn, I've taken my antacids with no relief. Has anyone experienced anything like this before after sleeve surgery?
