  1. I am 4 weeks post surgery. And i seem to be having a lot of trouble with some foods. So my biggest concern is trying something new and then getting sick while out. Making some sort of dip is probably safest.
  2. I have quite a few holiday parties coming up this December. And I want to go prepared and ready to go. I was thinking about bringing a WLS friendly appetizer so I know there is at least something at each party I feel comfortable eating. Any suggeations?
  3. As of yesterday I am one month post-op. And some days I struggle with getting all my liquid in too. My surgeon told me that decaf tea counts towards fluid intake. But watch how much milk and sweetener go in it because that will add up in extra calories you may not account for. I like to drink diluted crystal light.
